July 30, 2021, 1:10 a.m.Unbelievable service! The staff are so kind hospitality is not dead!!! Yesss finally! I needed to get a gift for my brother in laws birthday trip to Pebble Beach and I called concierge Erica at the resort was so helpful connected me to Marci at the gift shop and Marci went above and beyond my expectations!!! This was all done over the phone ! She even wrapped his gift for me and wrote my card to him. He’s gonna have a great birthday weekend!
