Hole 10-15 was very different from the other holes with mountain routing elevation change. The rest of holes was much more straightforward and typical resort course. Course condition was very good.

Friendly staff, beautiful course up on a mountainside with some really fun holes with elevation changes. Conditions are great.

Started off a 5-day golf trip with Carmel Valley. This course is little quirky and touristy, but a fun way to get settled into Carmel before tackling the bigger courses. Course was in great shape. Pretty funky layout, but worth the $150 rate. Great views.

There's a pro shop and a restaurant serving standard clubhouse fare (think salads, burgers, club sandwiches). The clubhouse overlooks a nice driving range and part of the course. There are fire pits and heat lamps for outdoor seating. Very pleasant overall.

A member brought me as his guest to play this past weekend. CVR treats their members very well as they should, but what truly impressed me was how great they treat their guests. They make you feel very welcome, are attentive, and a pleasure to be around. Outside services for golf were outstanding all around, most notable being Javier Sanchez. Thank you to Javier and CVR for a great Sunday morning on the golf course!
